Can I return my order?
Semi-custom and custom order are approved by you and made just for you. For that reason, these products are not returnable and non-refundable.
How do I place an order?
Anyone can use our design tool on this website. Consumers can also order directly from our website. If you are a reseller, contact us for wholesale pricing and ordering.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a final proof for approval after you place your order. Once approved, production can begin!
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
For most knitwear products, the minimum is 48 pieces of the same product and design.
Sizing
Do the caps come in different sizes?
No, all caps are adult sized, one size fits most.
How long are the scarves?
The scarves are approximately 60 inches long (exclusive of fringe).
Quality Knit & Care Information
Can I wash my knitwear products?
Hand wash in cold water. Dry flat. No heat.
What is jacquard knit?
Jacquard simply means that a pattern is knit directly into the item during the manufacturing process. You see them everywhere! The pattern might be a corporate logo or team related (NFL hats and scarves, soccer scarves, your local school or club team, etc.).
What material are these products made from?
Our semi-custom products, are two-ply items made from yarn that is 95% acrylic / 5% elastic.
Customization Information
Will my cap or scarf look like the screen representation?
The screen graphic is a simplified visual representation of your product. Don't worry if it doesn't look quite right on the screen. You will get a final proof for approval before production begins!
How many colors can I have on a semi-custom product?
Most designs can have up to three colors.
Is custom color matching available?
Custom color matching may be available for custom orders of 10,000 pieces or more.
